Truly the best place I have lived at in Auburn. My town house was in great condition when I moved in. The house is very spacious and nice.

Danny Phipps pioneered Liberty Properties in 1987 when he purchased his first property in Auburn, a Georgian-style house on Opelika Road. He learned the ups and downs of real estate ownership and management, which led him to purchase more property in Auburn and the development of residential communities including Northpointe and Cottages at Ross Park surely to impress college students, young professionals, and young families.
For the last 34 years, Danny has worked as the President & CEO of Liberty Properties. Within this role, he is responsible for the company's acquisitions, marketing strategies, general operations, and accounting. He loves being able to watch the company and team grow together while being involved in all aspects of the business.

The units are all very cute and well maintained but to make it better all the staff are super friendly in the office and even the maintenance people are friendly! Any questions I've had when I called or even issues I've had have been resolved within one phone call to the office. And putting i maintenance requests are super simple. Hands down best property management I've come across.

They offer discounts to people who write positive reviews, so be wary when trusting any of these 5 star reviews. Liberty offers decent rentals in Auburn, AL, but there is zero chance that I will ever rent with them again or recommend them to anyone I care about, for it is simply not worth having to deal with the owner, Danny. He will nickle and dime you at every chance he gets. He threatens legal action to every inquiry made about strange miscellaneous charges to your account that regularly pop up, and never offers an explanation to any of said charges. We love living here. Its quiet and the home is amazing. Everything from applying for the rental, to touring the home, and moving in went so smoothly. Lindsey the property Manager is absolutely wonderful she is a god send and maintenance is very responsive and friendly. My hubby and I have already decided to renew our lease again after our current lease expires. Its a great play to live for both families and students alike. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a nice safe place to live!

Liberty Properties is amazing, great service!!! They will not let you down!! You couldn’t ask for a better group!! It feels good to get off work and come home to an amazing townhome! My mother in law’s been here for almost 10 years and because they’ve always given top quality service to her, we thought it’d be a great idea to become neighbors. We recently had 2 maintenance issues and in less than 24 hours with our permission to perform work while we weren’t there, it was complete. Definitely two thumbs up!!

I have had the best 4 years of my life living at Liberty Properties. All 4 years of college I lived in the same apartment. My neighbors and I have been friends the whole time as well. The neighborhood is nice and very safe. The maintenance crew as well, they were very nice to all of us and came and fixed our problems very quickly. I would recommend living here to anyone.

This is my second year attending Auburn and living in a Liberty Properties apartment. Not only is the location less than 10 minutes away from campus, it also allows for back ways into campus which helps avoid much of the unwanted college traffic and is conveniently located next to multiple grocery stores. After researching many apartment complexes in the area, I could not find a better place given the price and space. The monthly rent is adequately low and the apartment was renovated before we moved in with new carpets and new paint. We have had a couple issues with the A/c and other appliances

Liberty properties has been the best realty company I’ve rented for in Auburn. Maintenance will show up at your door literally minutes after submitting a request. North Ross has been an amazing place to live, with spacious rooms and private bathrooms, so much storage, and even a utility sink in the laundry room that I use to bathe my small pup! All the workers are super friendly, and very helpful. I wish I would have found this place sooner! 10/10 recommend.
