They just changed the manager and the new one is pretty rude. My wife called to report that our A/C wasn’t working but she also let her know that she opened a request online and she told her all sort of things. I went in there the other day and she was yelling to another person. We are not renewing our lease

This place is amazing! From the very first interaction the staff at the office was so incredibly sweet & helpful! there wasn’t a single question they couldn’t answer, & they seem very proud of their community. it is very apparent that the property is very well taken care of and that their residents are loved!

I LOVE The Paces! It is by far the best place I have lived. The staff is the best, and it’s such a nice community. Haley and Haley are awesome! :) Pet friendly, and has the best doggy park. Plus two pools and great gym! I loved it here, and would definitely recommend it. If I ever move back, I will live here again!

We moved to Paces at the Estates in August of 2020 and have had nothing but wonderful things to say! Our move in process was smooth, and the apartment was very clean and well maintained. On move in day, the apartment almost didn't even need a wipe down, which has not been our experience with other apartments in auburn. The one or two nit picky things that we wanted fixed or looked at when we moved in were handled by maintenance staff within 2 days of us moving in.
The apartment complex is nestled in the middle of a neighborhood, and is very quiet and very dog friendly. Lots of nice neighbors.

I have lived in both phases of Paces at the Estates in Opelika, AL. The apartments are very clean, never had an issue with pests, quiet neighbors, and maintenance is quick to fix any issues. To top off a great space to live in, the community at Paces (especially the employees!!) are friendly and professional. I would recommend for anyone!
