Very horrible experience. The apartment complex was in okay condition not very nice ,however, we noticed roaches and we became aware many residents were experiencing the same issues. The complex is older and not very well maintained. The employees at the office are not very helpful and we have had instances where we had to come up to the office for the same maintenance issues that were not resolved until much later. I would not recommend I advise a more welcoming complex that is much more consistent and new. You can find a more suitable residence for the same price.

This place it's a rat hole in disguise. The management told me if I wanted something better I needed to go elsewhere, so I stayed one month and found another place nearby for around the same price. They move me into a unit that had a nuisance dog in the unit above it barked constantly day and night. The management team knew about this and does nothing about it. The laundry room is dirty and not cared for. They do have a nice little fitness center but you need to go off hours because of its size. I would recommend that you find other housing arrangements then looking at this place!

This place is infested with insects. Just took a picture of my oven after I baked something. It is horrible!!! Please take this into consideration when renting. Also, everyone smokes, and it is OK to do so. I did not know until few hours of moving in. Unfortunately I could not do much because I was told I had to pay a penalty if I had changed my mind. So frustrating. I would advice to look somewhere else. I tu ink some people in the office are nice but the aptos are not good some of them not even have light fixtures so you have buy lamps to have decent light.

I'm giving it four stars only because I've only been living here for like 3 days (inserts lil uzi meme) but I love this place. I was hesitant at first because when I was apartment hunting online they did not have any updated photos, however all of their units are currently remodeled! And they are still renovating the complex as a whole. The unites have stainless Steele appliances, laminate woods floors, granite counter tops, nice big windows, and a nice open floor plan. They have two pools, two laundry facilities, and a gym. They will soon be in the process of expanding their gym as well

Management claims to have called me many times to warn me that my car was getting towed but I checked my call logs dating back to the beginning of this year and they didnt call me a single time even though the envelope with my new hang tag claims they called me Feb 7th. Also they sent out an email about it from a random email address that has never contacted me so it went to my spam. They usually send all their emails from the same address except this one time and they also towed me the same day they sent this email. On top of that while I was in the managers office she reads aloud to me the dates

VERY THOROUGH REVIEW: Good choice for people moving to Auburn from bigger cities. The complex is generally well maintained. The grounds are typically clean and they're constantly making small improvements. The neighbors are very diverse (think worldwide) and generally keep to themselves, but are warm and friendly if you decide to have a conversation. The complex is walking distance to Kroger, a frozen yogurt shop, drugstores, a few restaurants, and easily bikeable to campus. Complaints about crime will be laughable to most people moving from a larger city. I haven't seen anything at the complex

I definitely DO NOT recommend this units to graduate students.
My sister rented one unit of Courtyard remotely for August 2016 -2017. They promised her that the unit will be a quite place, good for studying, which was not true. The building are old and noisy. kids are playing loudly in the courtyard all the time.
They also did not mention that this specific unit does not have a dishwasher. Dishwasher was part of amenities mentioned on their website. When we complained, they said this unit is the only empty unit they have.
moreover, when we moved into apt, the ground was covered with pets hairs

We've been living here for almost 8 months and we've been happy and confortable. We feel safe and the life in here is very quiet, it has a family environment. The place is nice, with all the trees around us and the swimming -pools, perfect for the summer, making it a nice place to live in. Also, one of the best advantages is that it is really closer to Kroger so that you can go walking (5-minute walking), something really valuable if you have no car. Another good point is that the management and the maintenance staff have always been willing to help us.
The worse thing may be the laundry room,

Since moving in about three months ago I've had no major problems. The staff is very friendly and have been very helpful with any questions I've had. They have two pools and a fitness center, they also allow pets. I haven't had any problems with neighbors or noise yet. The apartments are what you would expect for the price, but they keep it looking really nice. It is next to Kroger and very close to downtown Auburn I have enjoyed my stay here so far!

Affordable, good amenities, and AWESOME location!
Not the newest apartment community in Auburn, but has a lot going for it -- particularly for students on a budget, or non-students looking for a community that isn't dominated by kids who just want to party. One of the few places close to campus/downtown that's still affordable.
They rent by the entire apartment, and not by the bedroom. Lease terms are not dependent on the school year, so you can move in/out any month. Rent doesn't include utilities, which is one way they are probably able to keep prices pretty low, unlike some
