Since most contracts are based on a flat fee, your questions and concerns will all be addressed. If the answer takes a few minutes or a half hour, there is no change in the fee. Oftentimes, you will never leave your home. If you do feel more comfortable in an office setting, Rodney has satellite offices in Redlands and Fresno.

Rodney Jones helped me and my husband put everything into a trust and leave it to our only child.
He sends out some forms to fill out. He mails the filled-out forms (printed, now) back to your house. You read them and correct anything that needs to be corrected by email or phone. When it's all ready to sign, he comes to your house (a considerable distance) and you sign the papers while he acts as a notary. He takes the forms back and binds them, sending a professional copy back to the house. We requested another copy for our child.

My wife and I had been thinking about getting a living trust after meeting and talking to Rodney who gave us a lot of information before we even hired him we decided to get it done not only was he very helpful and understanding of our situation he was patient with us. In Sept 2016 my 80 year old dad finally decided to create a will, create a Trust and put his stuff in order. My Mom had recently passed. I heard an ad on KSGN for Rodney G. Jones and called him.
