We offer a high quality strength and conditioning program in group and one on one settings. We also provide results based nutritional planning. Our group classes are blended and are appropriate for all fitness levels from total beginner to expert. We offer modifications and adaptations to fit your needs.

Strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and mobility/flexibility are the cornerstones to wellness, happiness, and longevity. We conduct blended classes that are appropriate for all fitness levels, body types, and ages. Our approach to sustainable training will serve to make you stronger, healthier, and perform better.
Services
Kyle attended West Point, wrestled on the Army team, and earned a couple of Bronze Stars for combat leadership in Iraq and Afghanistan. Post military, Kyle attained his MBA at Northwestern's Kellogg Management School of Management. Cameron is an experienced fitness professional who spent many years coaching and teaching various methodologies in New York City.
One hour, Strength & Conditioning sessions led by high quality coaches. The workouts are challenging, constantly varied, and scalable/modifiable for everyone. Whether you need the accountability, structure, community, or just that extra push to get to the next level - these classes are for you. You will be coached on form and technique on all movements to maximize your potential and keep you safe.

Ugh, I need to work out again. I loved working out here, but my wife won’t go with me anymore. She’s addicted to the Peloton. This place is fun, I like Kyle the owner, he got me down to 179 2 years ago. I held steady at 185 until COVID made me fat an lazy again. Up to 210 because I’m not at the MAC. Kyle! Kick me out of bed, I need to work out again. Help me! :)

No pain No gain is a decades old saying that might work for competitive athletes. Just not a slogan that ever worked for me or my friends that have worked out over the years. MAC is more about form, self-pace, enthusiasm, and discipline (kindly referred to by Kyle as 'good' pain). Nutrition coaching, plans, and meals...they got it! All under 1 roof....gotta love it!

Easily the best gym I've ever been to. With great trainers and great members, it's a real fitness community. At 44 years old I'm in the best shape of my life, and I look forward to the work outs every day. It's always challenging and very rewarding!!!
