My name is Ronnie Kenyatta. I want to thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I have been in the strength and conditioning business for over 20 years. My education consists of a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and three of strength and conditioning's top certification. The majority of my coaching experience took place within professional baseball.

I was the Assistant Minor league Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the New York Mets from 2002-2013. After being forced into retirement due to a kidney disease I had to begin my new life and my new coaching career. Today I teach athletes of all ages optimal training techniques designed to enhance performance and minimize injuries.

RK Strength Training utilizes cutting edge exercises, drills and concepts to enhance players' physical and mental capabilities. By creating age and skill-level appropriate programming for travel, high school, college, and pro sports organizations, we are striving to advance the field of performance enhancement.
We change thoughts and we change lives. Our Habit And Routine Building Program is one of the most unique programs in performance training. We teach our athletes habits and routines which are inline with their personality type. Overtime (on average 3-5 days) our athletes develop new levels of discipline, focus, and confidence.
We offer one-on-one, small group, and team training programs. Over the years we've seen how nutrition can be overlooked within amateur baseball To address this we are putting together our RK Strength Nutrition Coaching program. Stay tuned for details. RK Strength Training offers professional-level performance training for amateur baseball athletes of all levels.
