DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED AND IT WILL COST YOU MONEY.
Before the tenant was placed they asked for a lock on a back door to be replaced. BLPM told me they could get me an estimate for this with one of their trusted contractors. Several weeks went by. I reached out multiple times for the estimate via text message and email. They then placed the tenant in the home without getting the estimate to me. Finally on my third attempt to ask for the estimate NYESHA D gave me a call, she was honestly a little aggressive when she called as well but she was adamant that she sent

First Bottomline took over for my previous company and they were the worst. My water heater went out on the weekend. So I put in a service request and called the hotline. Someone came Sunday and said it needs to be replaced. Had to wait for the approval. Monday the same guy had trouble or didn’t want to do it or whatever and took forever to get estimate in but it got approved that day in the afternoon. So the guy calls me and said he will be out Tuesday but he has a doctors appointment and he will call when he is on the way. “OK”. So needless to say he never made it out but they got another

Excellent service!!! Yessi was excellent trough the whole process of selling my house, I’m very pleased, and she also help me find a rental property which I’m very very happy, me and my kids are very comfortable in our new home, as a single father it’s very hard to find time to do all the process but she did more than she has to to accommodate my schedule and the selling schedule. I have spent $16k in rent with this company in 8 months & they are the most uncaring, unprofessional team of people I have ever came across. After emailing for over a week, & having to beg for a response & multiple calls from my husband with no response, I was finally on a call with what I thought was one person, when actuality they had me on speaker phone with at least one more individual, never disclosing that I was speaking with more than one person. Bottom line Realty has a great team. They are kind and attentive. With how busy they are with all of their properties they always found the time to tend my family's needs. Yessi is AMAZING. Leased with them for a few months before having to contact a lawyer.
Absolutely filthy. Scratched floors. Broken appliances. Infestation of roaches and ants.
Every issue that was brought up to a leasing agent was dismissed as my own responsibility or took weeks or even months to address.
The only time anything was fixed is when I threatened to sue, and then they would still do an awful job.
"I'll call you right back" means three days later I need to call them and go through the process again.
Just terrible.
