We've had such a great experience with Rabbu! We rent our house in Charlotte, NC out through them and they do a great job checking in, letting us know what is going on but also taking care of all the little things. We've especially enjoyed the strategy side and working with Max to make sure we hit the numbers we would like to each month and adjust when needed. Highly recommend listing your home with them! They make owning a rental from afar super easy!

Rabbu has been a great partner in helping accelerate our Airbnb portfolio. They have been very responsive so far and helpful in creating a customized experience that can create a seamless experience to manage every aspect of the day to day operation. They are constantly looking to improve both in operations and relationship management as the proposer owner. I highly recommend if in the market for taking your short term rental to the next level.

These people are absolutely disgusting. After having a terrible experience in one of their lofts, from incorrect entry access information to missing key fobs to use the amenities pool, gym etc. they have ants living in the wood flooring they stopped responding. And had the nerve to make false accusations about me on Airbnb when it was over and I responded to the ratings of their property.

Great ghost house
Edit: I was staying with an organisation in your property with a group of South Africans at the beginning of lockdown. The stay was not pleasant for myself or the others. Your service was not great (as expected in a pandemic though) and the house was in poor condition. I sent the pictures attached directly to you. (You dropped a box of pots outside the front door and sent a cleaner to specifically clean the spots in the pictures?) - Does this happen often? I'm sure you must have evidence. It was mostly to do with the unsanitary and kinda creepy conditions. Thank you for getting

We have used Rabbu to manage our Airbnb property for about 6 months now and have had an extremely positive experience so far. Rabbu is an incredible property management company. The entire staff is so friendly and easy to work with. I always look forward to seeing them! They even hosted an owner/customer appreciation day which was really nice! The main reason I recommend them is that they saved us from a previously bad experience with another company and really helped turn our properties around! I HIGHLY recommend Rabbu! :)

Rabbu is a game changer. After I received a job offer to move to NYC, I had to decide what to do with my condo in Uptown Charlotte. I was referred to Rabbu by a close friend and after meeting with them, I knew it was going to be a great fit. Rabbu took on my property and has handled everything very professionally. We have been positively impressed with Rabbu thus far (1+ months). It is our first dip into the short-term rental world and their team has been helpful throughout the process: from initial concept and sign-up to decorating and outfitting the unit. And operationally, they were able to secure guests quickly. They have been incredibly responsive and each team member is professional and displays pride in the business and brand.
