If only I could give this place 0 stars but google doesn’t give you the option. Ridiculously pricey for what you get. But the worst part about this place is the office staff. Maintenance are wonderful but the office staff and higher ups are absolutely awful human beings. They’ve given my family nothing but issues for the last couple of years. Rude, disrespectful and unwelcoming are just a few words to describe them I could go on. If I could give anyone advice when looking for a place it would be to NEVER RENT HERE. They may be nice at first but believe me the rudest bunch of staff and office

My family and I stayed at Hamptons On Heron Bay during a work transition to Florida. Everybody in the leasing office is incredibly friendly and helpful.
And they helped us find the right size apartment for our family. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which was completely remodeled and updated. Very spacious and very clean too!
The grounds are absolutely phenomenal with large ponds with some cool local inhabitants, beautiful pools, and a great fitness center.
We made some really nice friends along the way.

I have been a Parkland resident for several years now and want to make a move closer to the school. I visited The Hamptons several times and I have always been greeted promptly and professionally. Shannon has been such a joy to work with and has gone above and beyond to help me. The property is great and the apartment homes are really nice and spacious but the deciding factor for me is the staff! Shannon is the best and her coworkers are just as great! Looking forward to being a resident and enjoying all The Hamptons has to offer.

We are living here for almost 5 years & really LOVE The Hamptons! Our apartment is so spacious, modern & unique in its design . The community is gated, safe & is in A rated school district & a great location convenient to Sawgrass Xpressway. The Clubhouse is beautiful & we certainly enjoy meeting other residents, our friends there for coffee & cookies every morning! The management is very friendly & helpful & the maintenance department headed by Felix is simply amazing! We had a pool of water from a/c exhaust collecting right outside our front door. This was wrongly constructed by builder. Just
