If I could put 0 starts I would. I am livid. I have not even moved in yet and the process has been terrible and stressful. I feel as though they did not want me to live here, I have had to jump through so many hoops and the leasing specialist has not been kind. First and foremost Alaisyia “Alicia” Woodard is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. She is the most unprofessional leasing professional I have ever had to deal with, Unfortunately I had a family emergency which prohibited me from moving in today; my father is passed and my mother is on her own so I had to attend to her

Please consider twice before you live here. By far the most hypercritical complex I have ever lived in.
Day 1 - I get provided a parking violation (Massive neon adhesive that does not come off windows) for parking backwards, then sure enough everyday since middle of 2020. I see at MINIMUM 7+ cars reversed in that should have easily been towed or at least applied one of these property damaging stickers.
Today - My car registration sticker with the state is delayed on arrival and I just received a parking violation again with no way of immediately correcting it until it arrives. 3 violations and

Wonderful place to live. Well kept, staff very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are beautiful. On premises security. Offsite cleaning service where they will pickup and deliver at no extra charge. Huge hotel style pool with waterfall, absolutely awesome. Lots of chairs and tables poolside. Covered cabanas for parties, floating chairs for pool and bbq available. I was lucky to get a pool view. But no jacuzzi, too bad. Should have had one put in when building the pool. Clubhouse with free coffee, pool table, video games, tv and, computers for resident use. Beautifully decorated for private
