Robert is amazing. I just went into the office regarding my AC. He was so helpful and put in work order right away. Everything time I call or go into the office , he has been very helpful. He always ask how my day is going and if there’s anything he can help me with. Robert and the staff are amazing. They do take care of their residents and they try to work with you. I just want to say thank you for Robert and the staff.

Today 01/15/2022 I visited Sherwood on the Park to look for an apartment. When I say my experience there was TOP TIER, I mean it. I am impressed! As soon as I entered the office I was greeted by Ana and she answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Once we went on the tour she showed me all the amenities and property. There was never an awkward moment with her and she gave me information about everything that was nearby as I am not familiar with the area. Thank you Ana for the awesome experience. I will definitely come back in June when I move to Florida

This development is not the best. They really need to screen their tenants better. Office staff and maintenance are very pleasant however the office does not address issues when it comes to noise or theft. It’s extremely loud in this development. They allow dogs, which is fine however there are people who allow their dogs to bark CONSTANTLY making it very disruptive to their neighbors. Walls and windows are very thin meaning if your dog is barking all day, I can hear it loud and clear inside my unit, all day.... If you’re having a party, guess what, I can hear your whole gathering in my unit

I’m so happy living at Sherwood!
My complex is so awesome! Two resort style pools, professional gym, valet trash, playground, car care. It’s beautiful and ALWAYS kept so clean. Tucked away, private and safe. Right next to a nature preserve with walking paths. We truly enjoy being here.
The leasing office staff are so wonderful. Rob handled our lease/move in. He was awesome. Always on top of our needs. He made it quick and easy. Candace is so nice and welcoming to addressing anything her residents need. She took such good care of us during this pandemic. Understanding and so helpful. I never

I have lived in the community for 3 years now and I am so happy to be part of this family. I am always happy with how professional and responsible the maintenance team is. Candace has been a huge help throughout my time here. Any issue I have she resolves immediately with a smile. Liza has also been an excellent help especially with my current transfer. Rob has also assisted me even after hours.
Even though we miss Galia the previous manager Candace has been excellent as stepping into the role.
