Worse apartments ever! There is mold literally everywhere the property manager and staff don’t need to be in charge if they can’t control whats going on in the apartments. They say “It’s not our fault we can’t control everything” cleaning up mold shouldn’t be a hard task it’s very unsanitary. My niece got sent to the doctor from being sick from inhaling the mold. I can’t wait until my lease is up

Apartments are over priced. They’re nice on the site but once you move in you’ll start to see that everything is cheap. Anyone can get through the gate . The “security alarm” you Pay extra for doesn’t actually call police just makes a sound. The walls of the apartment Around windows and doors look like they’re rotting from the inside out. The apartment always smelled of mold. And you could see the water marks and cracks on surrounding areas We had mold and our door was not sealed properly so we had flooded floors a few times. Maintenance people finally fixed it after 4 attempts. If

It's sad I have to spend time doing this, because this is a beautiful rental community but the maintenance and staff are very unhelpful. We lived in The Barrington Club for 2 years and we had humidity problems in our apartment throughout the whole time. they came every time and never got to fully help us. Even when we mention how dangerous is to have and breath mold they even blamed it on us saying we probably had a lot of stuff in the apartment. 3 months before our time was up, we had to live because the conditions were horrible, and they still charged us $320 to clean the mess we did not create

Gated community, privacy is key for me. A very warm welcome when I entered the office. Management was great, they knew everything about the apartments without checking the computer first which was impressive. Leasing office staff are rude & unprofessional . I look forward to giving my 60 day notice to terminate my lease because paying a fee to leave seems way more appealing than living out the remaining ten months on my lease. Be aware to NOT pay your rent online as their online portal might just take TWO months rent out of your bank account WITHOUT your permission and apparently neither the leasing office or the corporate office have the technology to be able to reverse one of those UNAPPROVED payments....they will tell you your choice is to leave the rent as a credit for the next month and that is
