My husband & son were scheduled for a haircut today at 7pm. We arrived at 6:50pm only to be told by a young woman on her way out at 6:55pm that they were closed sorry. I said we had an appointment & the salon… hours says they are open until 8pm. Lady didn’t care even though we made the drive all the way from Mesa.
Awful experience!!! I would not recommend… I’d like to speak to the owner herself (Laura) to see if she knows what’s going on in her salon????

I went in and asked for a simple trim and partial highlight. With shoulder length hair, the women doing service took 3 hours to put the foil in my hair. Then when washing my hair she said she was going to put more stuff in my hair and I said don’t do anything that’s going to cost me additional money (she agreed not to do that). When everything was done, they tried charging me more than the service list posted. When I questioned, she said she did a shampooing and it took her extensive time on my hair than usual. 1. I told her no additional treatment and 2. Not my fault she took so long to complete

Today I met with Laura who gave me a layer, perm & trim. Laura did an outstanding job and I was so happy because I have tried so many other local salons with bad results. Laura was very nice and so helpful, courteous and spent time with me listening to my concerns. I highly recommend Precision Cuts!!

I ask for a simple haircut and this lady did a horrible job. I don't know why they hired people without a experience. now I wearing wigs. Please be careful ask questions before letting other person cutting your hair. I'm not planning to go back for other bad haircut. So sad

I called to set up an appointment for 2. The lady who answered the phone said im booked for 645pm and 715pm. Got there at 615. The receptionist said i was only booked for 645 but its ok to take my daughter also. she said just wait for 15 mins. 30 mins after, another hairdresser took my daughter’s info and got her sat in the chair, prep and stuff.Then a guy walk in, the hairdresser told my daughter to get off the chair because she has to take care of the guy who just walked in!!! i was livid!!! i said i have 2 appointments and this other lady said she will take care of us 2.. and all they said

My little sister went here and got a really messy hair dye job. They failed to match her root color (it looks black and my sister has naturally light brown hair) Considering there were only two people there at the time, one of them could have done a quality check. They left her forehead and neck stained from the dye and they also dyed her sweater. Hopefully they’ll be able to cover the dry cleaner bill, but most of know that that sweater will probably have to be replaced because hair dye rarely comes out of clothes.
