Scam artist seriously be aware they won’t uphold there legal agreement unless it benefits them. They dodge you if you have a concern or problem. The owner won’t respect you if you have a problem they will avoid you at all cost and close there shop so you can’t go Directly to them instead of being ghosted. Seriously if you want a slum lord this is the spot if you want to not be taken advantage of and deposit kept for no reason and have to take them to court go ahead but I wish I did!

We have rented through Colbalt for two years. After decades of renting, Josh and Colbalt have been the best property management company, hands down! Anytime there has been a maintenance issue, they show up immediately and without hesitation. We like this company so much that we will not be renting from anybody else until we buy a home! Alli at Cobalt Creek Property Management really worked with us to make a cross-country move in the middle of a global pandemic possible. Since signing our lease, the company has been responsive to all requests for service regarding hot water, television mounts, etc. Also, the online portal for rent information is really helpful and easy to navigate. Highly recommend!

I truly loved being a tenant under this company! They are so understanding and on top of anything that needs to be done. I needed a new oven and they delivered and installed it within 2 days. Any maintenance repair needed, they had someone out to fix the problem right away! I would highly recommend renting a place through this company! The whole staff if amazing!

Understanding my uncle broke his lease. He had no choice. I was POA over his things. I attempted contact to see about subleasing so he would not loose his $2400 deposit on 4-6-2019. I started moving him out b4 the eviction notice was issued sense I was getting a returned call. Monday the 8th of April came & Stacy said we did not belonged there. She was speaking to coworkers of my uncle re: his account. With out permission. I was told by her I could not sublease. She post a eviction 3 day. Which was weds. Long story short, she stole my parents truck and signed with the city swearing it was

*Flawed house - structural damages which made it unlivable, would not fully repair (just put duct tape on it), rude agents (yelled at us, ignored us, delayed, lied, intimidated, you name it), flooding monthly with no significant resolution (hence, the monthly occurrence), overpriced (upped rent every 6 months), insane lease (basically, the occupant is effed no matter what the manager does or does not do), rents to anyone (crazy neighbors), got us sick, asbestos everywhere...totally terrible company.
They know it. I know they do. They might lie in response. I love you

My wife and I regretfully rented from Cobalt Creek (then known as Elite Property). During our time there we experienced horrible attitude from the property manager Stacey Fuller, as well as her spying on us through our windows. When we moved in it was FILTHY: screws and debris in the carpet everywhere, food and stuff left in cabinets, fridge and drawers. Everything we wrote down (on the back of the sheet as there was so much to write) was "misplaced" as it was conveniently not in our file. When we had a maintenance issue we were blown off by Stacey and argued with. Basic things dont get

My roommate and I were in a time crunch in finding an apartment in the Denver area since we were moving from Colorado Springs. Josh and everyone from Elite worked around my work schedule to set up a showing and since the very first encounter with Elite, I have been extremely happy! Have lived in the apartment since the end of June and have never had any issues. Rent can be paid online which is so helpful and nice! I would recommend using Elite and again, could not be more pleased.

I set an appointment to look at these apartments around the middle of November. I showed up a little early and was greeted by my contact Josh. Very friendly guy. Showed me the apartment and then we sat around and chatted for a bit afterwards. The apartment was competitively priced within the market and I knew it was the one for me. I hopped on my bike and grabbed the deposit and first months rent right away.
I have had no issues here with anything so far. The apartments are in good working order. Amenities are all in good condition and not outdated. I love that I have a little backyard and a garage

The worst, most unprofessional mom and son duo. Came home to multiple unlivable conditions horrible customer service and finally got free from lease 4/29/16. Signed lease agreement for 10/1-9/30. Couldn't be happier. Hated coming home to maintenance men, unsafe fights, tenets havin 3-4 dogs living above me. WORST.
