My name is Sean Millhouse and I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for over 21 years and I've also been a certified Medical Exercise Specialist for over 10 years. Through my "Smart" Personal Training Programs. I have worked with over 4,000 Spring Klein residents, including several local celebrities and successful business owners.

My focus is on helping people look and feel better than they have in years. I teach my clients that if you implement a smart exercise and nutrition plan, you can re-energize your body and live the active lifestyle you deserve. In addition, I offer my knowledge for lunch-and-learn opportunities, health and fitness seminars, and various charity functions.

Hi, my name is Sean Millhouse and I've been a Personal Trainer here in the Spring/Klein area for over 21 years now. I was never obese, nor was I a professional athlete (although I did play football from Kindergarten through my Freshman year in College). I didn't have an eating problem growing up my parents might tell you that their grocery bill would say otherwise though?
Sometimes I think back to when I was a kid.and try to remember how many out-of-shape people I saw. I think it comes as no surprise that to achieve your health and fitness goals you have to fuel & hydrate your body properly. I was once told that we (humans) are the only mammals that don't stretch first thing in the morning.

Great place to enjoy working out with a fabulous trainer. As a person who is usually intimated by a gym I feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to get a good workout in.

Just finished a 10-session package with Sean and not only purchased another, but my husband started as well! The training has exceeded my expectations. I wanted a personalized fitness program that would help me increase strength, but with a few “issues” I needed help to avoid injury. Sean has been able to provide enough challenge for me to definitely see results; but more importantly not only avoid injury, but knew which areas needed extra attention so as to avoid future injury. Sean is a fantastic coach! The classes are fun, packed with great exercises that at time you do not realize it’s over! Sean is in constant communication with you, specially if you missed a class 😉. Highly recommend you giving a try.

Great place to work out, Sean is a great trainer who treats everyone like family. He provides individualized solutions rather than cookie cutter one-sized fits all fads and is always responsive and supportive.

I just finished my first month with Fitness 101 - and I met my first weight loss goals following Sean’s nutritional advice & attending the small group/personal training sessions - including lowering my blood pressure! I’m excited to continue with this program and meet my future goals. Sean knows when I need modifications and when I need to be pushed. He’s easy going, funny, and professional - all great qualities in a coach/personal trainer. I’ve participated in many different exercise and nutrition programs, but Fitness 101 has been a real game changer for me. I highly recommend Fitness

Sean is a terrific coach! He's able to help you figure out the most practical way to reach whatever your fitness goals are, his Facebook group helps you stay motivated with others, and he's a fountain of knowledge for nutrition and all things fitness related. I've been using his personal training service for about two months now. Very happy with results.
I chose Sean because on my own, I've always failed. I never knew I had bad form on some of my exercises. He's been able to show me what I need to work on and I can see the improvements already. This is also much better than joining a major gym

Highly recommend! The personalized training at Fitness 101 is designed to get you the results you want based on your individual goals and fitness level. Sean incorporates stretching and recovery into each plan, as well as effective nutrition guidance. I know I can trust him to keep me headed toward my personal goals. It’s such a fun, friendly and inclusive atmosphere! I truly enjoy and look forward to my workouts at Fitness 101.

I did the bootcamp through a Living Social deal a while back and loved it! Sean, John, and Adrian definitely push you which I love but always keeping an eye on form and correct you. I've since moved out of state and still remember what a great time I had while "feeling the burn" and sweating my butt off!! Future bootcamp and fitness classes will be compared to this one ;)

I love everything about Fitness 101. The instructors are amazing and the work outs are even better. The guys take the time to get to know you, push and encourage you all while making it a fun environment. The hour seems to fly by. Boot camps really can be for anyone. I felt great results just after the first three days of attending. For me the best part is how much better I feel. My body is responding, but it's also been a great stress release. You'll feel great and you'll always be glad you came, even if you had to drag yourself there!

My husband and I have been going to Fitness 101's bootcamp for two weeks now. My husband was reluctant to go at first, but I insisted. He regularly rides his bicycle 50 -60 miles or more each weekend, and he said he has already noticed a dramatic increase in power and endurance during these rides.

I am constantly impressed with how kind, patient, and genuinely invested in our succes all the trainers are. The workouts are strenuous, but never has any trainer pushed anyone beyond what that person feels comfortable doing.

It is nice to be with a group of people who are all sharing the same
