I visit a friend who lives here and it seems like a really nice community. Lots of kids playing around and a playground for them. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Only downside is limited visitor/ general parking and the slightest train noise. Otherwise buildings are great with large garages, easy for two cars inside. They are clean and well protected in this small community.

Parkside Villas is great! I would and have recommended it to friends. It’s in a perfect location near the train station, Amtrak, and freeway. It’s convenient for both singles and families with kids. There is a play area for children and the neighbors are friendly, which creates a very safe environment. The units are on the larger side with great amenities, including dual sinks in the bathroom and large outdoor balconies. Management is friendly and responsive, which is a plus.
