Woodside Apartments

I currently live at Woodside Apartments and I don’t recommend it. The manager Jennifer is extremely rude and useless. We recently moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom with in Woodside Apartments. Originally she told us we’ll get two parking spots. After the move I asked her about the second spot, she kept giving me excuses for about a month then finally refused to give us the second. I have friends who also live in Woodside with a one bedroom but they have two parking spots. My wife tried to talk to her but all she did was bad mouth me. I feel bad for the people that live here. The managers here bully children. They dont let the little kids ride their bikes around the complex. My nephew was told to play inside at 11 am. He was told he was disturbing people. They also sent out flyers saying they were not allowed to have guests in the pool and no was allowed to have any kind of 4th of July get together. People used to be able to have animals but since these new managers arrived they have made people get rid of their pets. They have a little parking lot for visitors which they close at 5 pm and chain it off. It does not say the parking

STAY AWAY! I've lived in this apartment complex for more than 7 years and have seen it get worse and worse. They change managers CONSTANTLY, if that doesn't tell you something first then I don't know. Parking is an absolute mess, management has 3 covered parking while everyone else has to park so far away from their own unit. They have 'semi-annual' inspections every 3 months, yet they don't fix anything. Management harasses you and is completely selfish.

My wife (girl friend at the time) moved into Woodside apartments and the day we looked at the place, we seen a bug dead on the bathroom floor. We did not think anything was suspicious at the time, but the next day after she moved in, she was cooking in the kitchen and a cockroach came out of the stove. It scared her pretty good and we then realized that she moved into a roach infested building. We sealed up all of her belongings (which was easy because she had not had a chance to unpack) and sprayed around them with raid. The next day we seen several cockroaches dead around her stuff. This was a nice place to live until recent management came in.
The horrible management began in 2013. I have lived here going on almost 6 years, but now we are moving. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE unless you are ready for the onsite management to come into your home without any notice; which is ILLEGAL per California Civil Code Section 1954. Save yourself the time from renting from this now HELL HOLE!!!!!! and don't bother letting the Property Management Co know about the incidents, they just try cover up for their managers. They are a crock of illegal services. Don't rent from Hunt Enterprises period
