2275 is stated as rent but youll pay 2700 with added utilities that this apartment adds on not including gas n electric youll need to pay so its more like 3000 for a 2 bedroom one bath apartment and if you have kids they will put u on the 2nd floor and then youll get noice complaint s and they will force u out to get more money out of you......

Just in process of moving in. Great value. Grounds are clean and we'll kept. New company has upgraded appliances and flooring within last year. Marcela has been a great help to us and been there for all our questions. Was on top of helping getting apartment cleaned before moving in.

Customer service is great. We had a lot of troubles when we first moved in. A lot of things that needed to be replaced and the ac broke. The team was responsive and we were able to get things fixed relatively quickly. Only other thing is I wish they had a bigger gym and that it was opened earlier 9 am is too late for me since I usually have to be at work at that time and the motivation is diminished after work, and sometimes they are late on the weekends with opening the gym at 9am. Other than that apartment is fine.

A brutal experience. I signed a lease 2 years ago that said I would not pay water. A year ago they raised my rent and demanded I pay water on top of that. In just 2 years the rent has gone up well over $300. Now they demand I buy renters insurance. I'm told if I don't like it I should move out. The new lease says they plan to convert to condos anyways. So they'll will kick the renters out anyways.
Do not lease! They are converting to condos soon! They will take your money and run!
