The Knolls may seem like an affordable option, especially with the $500 deposit. However, they charged me and additional $500 after I moved out for basic carpet cleaning and painting. The apartment was in good shape, but they took the deposit and in total I paid over $1000. They're just like anyone else, ready to take your money by any means necessary. Also didn't enforce covid protocols for shared spaces. The Knolls was really was not what I hoped it would be

Wish I had the option for zero stars. Try not to live anywhere near the pool area or tennis courts. It's a non-stop pool party every single day from 11AM - Midnight. The noise is outrageous. The walls are very thin and the windows are essentially paper (not even exaggerating), so it does NOTHING to block the NON-STOP noise of SCREAMING children, constant loud music, or the never-ending parade of alcoholic adults that are in the jacuzzi from 5PM - Midnight EVERY NIGHT. Most of the residents here are unemployed degenerates or low-income families with 3+ children. Oh, and there is NO security patrol

I owned my own homes for the past 30 years and recently relocated to the area. I've had an amazing experience at The Knolls so far. Shannon and Christopher are cordial and professional yet personal. Maintenance staff are very efficient and quick to respond. The apartment complex is clean and in great neighborhood with spectacular views. This place truly exceeds my expectations

We love our apartment here at the Knolls, is spacious, in a quiet position in front of a swimming pool. The location is on a safe, beautiful and quiet area, not far from the shops, surrounded by parks, mountains and hills with many trails to walk. The neighbors are nice people, so the whole staff, from the maintenance to the main office. So we're happy to renew our rental for another year. We recommend this place.

Im getting frustrated with animals freely roaming around the property. At least their feces and training pads are freely located everywhere. And there are areas where not being properly maintained with piles of leaves and dirts in corners. I have been expressing my concerns repeatedly to the management and haven’t noticed any improvement. Since sanitary is a big issue with this pandemic, I am giving one star.

I lived here for 2 years (recently moved out). Like all complexes, they'll squeeze every penny out of you but what makes this place great is the AMAZING maintenance staff! They are kind, professional, and they get things done fast and done well! I cannot say enough good things about every single one of these guys. They really make the complex feel safe and homey. 4 starts for the complex but 5+ stars for the maintenance team!! My dog Flynn and I will miss them.

Christopher and Maria were extremely courteous and helpful. I found The Knolls on Zillow, and was contacted within the day regarding the property, had a virtual tour scheduled over FaceTime, and had all of my documents sent to me within the day. I was approved the following day as well. This was especially comforting, as I was moving across the country from Florida, and getting a home sight unseen. My husband and I pulled into the property and thought, my goodness this is incredible! The grounds are immaculate, the gym is top notch, and the staff are truly second to none! We’re so grateful we

This place is nice and conveniently located, however, the apartments are dark (especially the bottom floor) with no storage space whatsoever. Some apartments have ceiling fans with lights this would be very helpful in all apartments. They have a clubhouse room that is only open until 6 pm. It would be helpful to residents if they rented out space. The gym is only open from 8 - 10 pm for anyone that needs an early workout this is not helpful.
