Id give ZERO stars if possible! Rikki Block is beyond RUDE and arrogantly ignorant! Service with these people is ridiculous. Rikki sent my elderly father an email yesterday afternoon regarding a new car we have which the liscense plate just expired 3 days ago and state they will tow it from our driveway if not corrected, and there were no other details pertaining to how long we had to correct the problem or anything. Seeing as my father is not tech savvy he has me handle most his emails.and such. The email SHE sent had no info on how long else had to fix the problem, nor "business or operation

I booked to have an event on Saturday, 10/31/21. After I paid for my community recreational center, the venue of the event, I received a call that the date had already been given to another person but mistakenly given to me. In compensation, they gave me a 50% discount to hold my event the next Saturday, 11/6/21. Mr. Juan Cruz who handled my case was very empathetic and responsive to my inquiries. He also followed up to ensure that my deposit and 50% discount were paid in a timely manner. Based on its customer recovery efforts, I recommend Sterling Associate Services, Inc to whoever may need such

Been having problem building a game-room addition in my backyard , was always a dream to have a billiard table in my house , but lack of time to process and comply requirements untill decided to go to the Sterling Asi office at Sam Houston and was glad to meet Juan Cruz ...the person who took my case...He patiently explain the process and answer all my naive questions...lol...and made it sound so easy to meet All the requirements

I contacted Sterling Management Associates regarding ways of paying my Sommerall Assessment fees. I had the good fortune to reach Norah McClure, CMCA. She explained the the 3 methods of payment. Mailing it to a secure mailing address; Payment online(with $4.95 processing fee) by using a checking account or M/C, Visa...etc. I've paid online before, however I didn't have my user name and password. She was thoughtful enough to email this information to me. I personally want to thank her for her professionalism and understanding. I ended the call feeling satisfied that I had been given the information

Nora and Gina have always been very helpful when we have a question concerning one of the neighborhoods that they manage. The worst property management company you could possibly imagine. They are so utterly incompetent that I literally can not believe it's a management company.
They are the HOA for my neighborhood. HOA fees are due on the first of the year. My check was dated Dec 21 2020. THEY RANDOMLY CASH IT 9 MONTHS LATER WITH OUT AS MUCH AS A SINGLE PHONE CALL OR EMAIL.
Melissa Phelps runs my neighborhood, Raleigh Creek. She is completely incompetent. Our pool has had MULTIPLE days with 0 chlorine. The waterfalls do not work on our pool. We were supposed to have a park 2 years ago but all we have now

I had a great experience dealing with the staff at Sterling specifically Juan. He was very patient with me in helping me get my forms completed. I'm a homeowner and really learning about HOA's and the rules of our community. Juan and Gina both should teach a class on "How to provide a world class service experience". The art of customer service has been lost in a lot of businesses. These two have it right! Thank you!
