I have to say I worked with many layers of personnel within the Bahia Property Management and found them to be the most efficient and considerate Property management I have worked with in a very LONG time!! We transcended many challenges throughout the transaction. They always answered the phone. The Tenants are loving their rental home and have repeatedly commented on how very clean the home was...that should always be the standard.. Should I ever have need of a rental home to recommend a property management I will call Bahia.

My experience with Bahia property management started when i was looking for a new house to rent. Gloriann was the first person I reached out, she was really nice from the very beginning guiding us through the whole process. she referred us to Carolyn, who is in the Orlando Office, she was absolutely adorable also was very helpful. I really appreciate all of the patience they had and the way they handle our situation which was absolutely professional. I highly recommend Bahia Property management if you' re thinking about renting a house.

Excellent customer service from the Maintenance Manager, Doreen W. She really came through when I had some significant plumbing issues this week and had a vendor assigned soon after my maintenance request. She followed up to make sure the repair was done properly. She provided the same professional service with my A/C servicing two years ago. I trust Doreen and know she truly cares

I have been a customer for a few years and I am very pleased with their services. They take care of everything for my rental property. I do not have to worry about a thing. They are very professional. Carolyn does a great job keeping the property filled with quality tenants and Doreen does a excellent job with the maintenance of my property. Everyone at Bahia responds quickly to questions I may have and to any tenant issues that arise. I am glad that I chose Bahia for my property management needs and highly recommend them.
