Eedy the phone agent is rude, passive aggressive and hung up which led to my review and the phone goes straight to VM unless a friend calls in. In Addition , I was told by another agent Timothy that I was declined due to credit from their third party screening company(?) I have proof from the day of screening from the bureaus and myfico that my score was well above the minimum in all scoring modules. They will refuse to give information on manager contact and apparently Tim the leasing manager is property and regional too because he says he has no one to report to or ask. I would stay away doesn

They wanted to give them $7,000 to hold the house. 1683 Harlington rd was not cleaned or in good shape. I told him I would give him the whole money and the security deposit once he gave me the lease with my name on it he gave me a blank lease Liz then he told me that because I wasn't giving him the full $7000 after offering him 3500 he said the owner has changed their mind and didn't want to rent to us.

This place is COMPLETELY ridiculous. I applied to a place, paid 60+ dollars for an application fee, and then they rented the place right out from under me after being told there were no pending applications on this. For the record, I make over 60k a year, have no bad issues with my credit, rental history, and they still decided to go for someone who applied after me. Insanity is a good way to describe their application process and this organization. Look elsewhere for places to rent. This place is obviously not loyal to any renters. Stay away from this place.

I have been working with Lian since the onset of my lease in my new rental property. She has been nothing short of helpful, patient, pleasant and understanding. There were some concerns I had prior to my move in date and she was prompt with handling them ALL!! This experience has been a pleasure. I too had the pleasure of working with Stephanie who got me in the place that made my heart melt. She worked with the owners and everything went as smooth as can be.
