It was raining on our first ever stay but we've been there before for the water park. Loved our stay really close to everything walking distance to an arcade, lots of food, places to get something to drink and smoke if need be. Hot tub and the pool is warm when it's cold and rainy the few times it does.

From check in to checkout we had nothing but problems. As a hotel and trip enthusiast I can say this is one on the “definitely not” list. Staff and front desk very rude, was given the run around and no call back when asked for a room that did not include drug deals
Outside of it and most of the main attributes of a “water Park resort” were closed or not open at all.

Back to change rooms and explain why half of the water park was closed our entire trip and since I’ve been back in Ohio 3 weeks I can probably start to assume no call is coming .

I don’t care what people say negative about this place. We came with our 4 kids and they loved everything about the water park and arcade . And the rooms where very clean and nice. For the price and location you cannot beat it!! Cicis all you can eat pizza Buffett right across the street was cheap!! Only $40 to feed our family of 6 . So awesome ! The outside water park wasn’t open because of cold weather but the bar still sold drinks and the indoor water slides where open including the outside heated pool and hot tub. Lots of fun for family

This here was an experience that definitely left a mark on me. I was looking to get a room at a resort to get away from the city life and to offer my family something to look forward to. After the COCO Keys name was nominated, i quickly started looking for deals at this particular resort. I was able to secure a good deal for a weeks stay. The day we were to check in my family came in close proximity to a covid patient. They were placed in quarantine. I Tried calling the Hotel to reschedule but they claimed that the third party i used does not permit refunds or date changes. to not take too much

My boyfriend and I took a day trip to Orlando and decided to stay overnight. We went in to the lobby to make a reservation and the lady at the desk was very helpful, and there was barely a line. The heated pools were great and I love that we were able to park right next to our room. It's walkable distance to a few places. The Waterpark area was closed due to weather but we hope to go back when time and weather allows.

Let’s start with this, the location is great! Staff was friendly and really accommodated us because of their mishap, my reservation wasn’t in the system but was in their email which look like I never had a reservation but I will say staff definitely made up for the mistake, upgraded our room to the pool view and gave us free parking for our stay! The rooms were clean, they just didn’t have a closet so we didn’t have no where to hang up our coats being we came from a state that required big coats, it’s no microwave so we wasted a lot of food because we couldn’t reheat it, we killed 3

I just wanted to write this review because the gentleman who is working at the front desk was exceptional. I witnessed him putting out a dozen fires just while I waited in line and with each person he encountered he was very professional and helpful. The room was also very clean and nice! We were impressed! And of course the amenities here are wonderful and my son had a great time! Also the water is heated in the water park so that was nice since it’s winter time.

When searching for a place for my family, this one stood out the most for cost and activities for the kids. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not the place. If you are looking for convenience and activities for the kids, you found it. Check in process was smooth and easy. Rooms, well they are not the best, but they fit our needs. DO Not stay at this hotel.
My bed sheets had BLOOD stains on it, the air conditioning system also had blood stains. I came back to my hotel room around 1 AM , I laid my 10 month old baby and my 7 year old son on this bed without realizing how the deporable and disgusting condition the bed sheets and comforter were in.
I'm writing this post to warn others and not make the same mistake I did, our job as a parent is to protect our children's, god knows what occurred on that bed. I am appalled at the response I received at Coco Keys when notifying them about this horrible situation me and

Good place but the staff needs work parked my car in the back trying to stay distance from everybody else's vehicles to prevent anything when I woke up in the morning my car had a new dust paint job on it from the leaf blower man who thought it was a good idea to blow all the debris on my brand new wash car very very unprofessional

Come for a weekend get away and had a great stay in Coco Key. They have the basic and they have a nice service. Our double queen room was great, clean, and comfortable. They keep their pools clean and they also have a shuttle that takes you to Universal. Everything is in close proximity, will come back.
Only thing that bother me was a small water leak problem after we used the shower. Since we couldn't get it to stop dropping small drops of water inside the tub. Which honestly wasn't that terrible.

The room smelled musty, there is a big space in the room with nothing, would have been nice for a table and chairs. Found 2 bed bugs. No microwave. Beds move easily on the laminate flooring and also are very creaky when you get on and off.
Water park is decent however the floors are rough and my skin is tore off. If you really want to use this Waterpark I would recommend staying at a different hotel and getting a day pass for just the water park.

Today I had a horrible experience. I was skeptical at first upon my arrival and decided to stay. Before even putting on the wrist bands my husband and I along with my daughters walked around the premises. Not even 10ft away feet away from our room it smelled of weed. The entire place felt muggy. We called the front desk about a refund and with our asking they gave us our money back and only charged us the resort fee. No questions asked. Horrible!!!!

Run far away from this dump they call a resort! DO NOT stay here unless you don't mind roaches. This resort seriously should be shut down. If I could rate zero stars I would. Where do I start....first I'll speak on the one good experience I had and that was the dinner at the Callaloo Grille restaurant. My son really loved the lemon pepper wings. Unfortunately I was sold a bag of expired chips. The Tradewinds breakfast restaurant looked awful. I walked in and walked right back out. The food looked as if it was all frozen and microwaved and placed on the hot bar. Now on to the reasons why

The pics are still from 1950. The hotel is very old looking aka very outdated. The room service was good. The floor was completely dirty and they came to take care of it. The only reason I stayed is Bc it was non-refundable. We waste a lot of money on this room and they didn't have a room to fit 5 people. People smoking weed on the walk way. Not a lot of lights. Had to pay extra for the water park ticket for the 5th person. Customer service was very nice even though I couldn't get a refund.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was good for the price. It was clean and staff was pleasant. The only complaint was our mini fridge did not work which wasn't a big deal because we had two adjoining rooms with another fridge. Also the sink was clogged in the bathroom which was an easy fix by my husband :)

Brought my kids for a mini resort but never again. Definitely not a resort more like a motel. Bathrooms disgusting. Found dry blood on bathroom door. All furniture is old, chipped, and rusted. I felt as if roaches were going to come out. Charged you ridiculous fees like parking but gates were up and they make notation they are not responsible for car theft. Kids pool was always warm and smelled disgusting. My skin smelled after. Im sure I was swimming in pee and vomit. I avoided my 4 year old swim in it at all cost. Hotel just ghetto all around. Worst place ever!!! Not even two star worthy! They have out dated rooms falling apart, dirty walls. Plugs loose and rust. They don't ever answer the front desk. Their "laundry room" they supposedly have NEVER works. We were here for 9 days two parties and had to beg to have our room cleaned. Even with the water park not worth it!!' Fitness center was closed almost the whole time! We were here for vacation and this place does not make it seem so. Pay a little More and stay at Volcano Bay or somewhere where they care about their customers!!

NOT AS ADVERTISED - the whole place looks like an OLD MOTEL .... elevators are barely moving. Everything is unbelievably outdated. The place hasn't got a renovation in more than 20+ years

We booked this place because we have young children that love the water. I guess we didn't read any reviews before coming. The area where it is located is not the best. Rundown stores and restaurants. It is near to Universal studios. We stayed in the center building which had 2 queen beds. The elevator and hallways have moldy odor. The room was spacious. It had a mini refrigerator. Not many outlets. The other rooms were motel style with entrance from outside.
