A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your Fitness Instructor, I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs, and lead you through every workout. As a Tallahassee personal trainer, I've been helping clients in the Tallahassee area change the way they look and feel since 2000.
This is a Tallahassee fitness transformation body challenge and the winner will be determined by a panel of three fitness experts. Whoever's body is the most changed with the results through weekly photographs. 3. Online fitness courses will be provided to you and we highly suggest you do them at least 3-6 times a week.
Mix it up Monday's: a variety of exercises that works on different muscle groups, combined with a music mix by Dj Nate Bragg for a more enjoyable fun fitness workout. Cardio boxing uses a combination of shadowboxing and/or hitting the punching bag with continuous cardio movements such as high knees, burpees, push-ups, etc that will increase your strength and cardiovascular fitness.

I joined Bragg Fitness over a year and a half ago.The classes are amazing, interesting, very diverse, and challenging. What I love about this place the most is the improvement that I’ve felt personally and the positive encouragement Nate always has. He’s incredibly creative with designing his workouts and always keeps me and others on our toes. I was the first one to reach my goal from his team, I do see changes on my strength and overall look.

I've been to a handful of sessions at Bragg Fitness. I use the ClassPass app to attend fitness classes in whatever area I'm in. Every class I've been too has really been a great workout. The workouts are always well planned and various alternatives are provided if needed. You will be SWEATING in the first 10 minutes. There are regulars who keep each session fun and make for a welcoming environment. Be ready to push your fitness limits if you're planning on coming to a Bragg fitness class! I love going here. Each class is different so you do not get bored from repetition. If you need any modifications to exercises, you are given alternate things to do so you can still participate. Nate makes working out enjoyable. Class sizes are also small and everyone there is encouraging and helpful.

I haven't done the same workout twice since starting at Bragg Fitness. The location and class times are super convenient. Nate is a personable, laid-back instructor, but will still push you hard enough to reach your goals! The small group setting is perfect for those who feel insecure about joining other gyms or being "good" at fitness. I have established some great relationships with others during classes, which makes for a fun workout!

Nate provides a comprehensive full body workout specifically design for each individual. He also provides great workouts in a group setting. Although I’m no longer working out with Bragg Fitness, because of my hectic schedule, I’m down 45 lbs because the techniques and exercises that Nate taught me to use at home daily.
