Services
We have many ways you can challenge yourself to work towards new goals at TFW. Everyone had a first day once so whether you are a beginner or advanced athlete, why not make this year about setting goals and smashing them!. Have you always wanted to try your first 5k or Tough Mudder even? Our fitness coaches can guide you through workouts and a training plan to get ready, and will even compete alongside you!
If you're reading this you're interested in trying out our gym! First thing you want to look at is the class schedule. Since your entire first day is free, it's a good idea to choose a day that has several classes you want to try out. A good example would be to come at 5:30 to try the HIIT circuit class, and then stick around for kickboxing or submission wrestling at 6:30.

I joined here about 3 months ago, but i've been traveling a bit so I haven't gone nearly as much as I would like. This gym is great especially if you want to try something new and are just starting a program or are just interested. The staff are super friendly and explain everything as you are doing it. They are used to beginners so don't worry if you think it's only extremely angry and super in shape people everywhere. They do kids classes as well. I like how many classes they have and I think it's affordable for what you get. The bathrooms are also very clean and there

I started at TFW summer of 2016. I am a former college athlete but have never dabbled in kickboxing or group fitness before. I was a bit intimidated thinking that these gym members would be super bonded and not accepting of new people.. I was wrong!!! They opened their minds, hearts and extended friendship. There is a Facebook group when you join the gym- where you can all communicate with one another.

The workouts are incredible! HIIT is the best fat burning workout, you're in and out in one hour. The women's kickboxing class is phenomenal! They take time to teach you as a first time

I have loved my experience here so far. They have great specials so make sure to join around that time. Everyone, including the people who go to the classes are really friendly.
I got a deal for $60 a month for unlimited fitness classes, called the total body knockout package. At first I said I was only interested in the kickboxing classes, but last week I did the conditioning class and it was awesome. Lots of fun and hard work. Smaller class so friendly setting.

Love it!
