KAOS was established in 2015 and has been impacting people's lives positively every day. We work hard to make sure everyone who walks through our doors is treated with absolute respect and gratitude. Kaos understands how hard it can be to walk in a new gym for the first time. We offer a wide variety of services and help people of many different age and fitness levels.
Group TrainingOur group training classes are always a great mix of cardio and weights to keep your body challenged. Rodney Gallon[/caption] 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Melissa Warmack[/caption] 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Pure Strength Training M/W 6pmOur pure strength training class focuses on increasing muscular strength while emphasizing proper technique for various lifts.
Kaos is where you become an athlete! Our athletic training classes push athletes to reach their full potential! Athletes will improve speed, strength, explosiveness, agility, endurance, core strength, flexibility and CONFIDENCE! Our athletic training schedule is not online. I love the cardio kickboxing class. Melissa's energy is great. I love that there are all sizes and ages of people in this class. There is no judgment from anyone and everyone is super friendly. My son loves the kids class too and looks forward to Tuesday and Thursday nights. I'm hoping to try some of the other classes too as soon as I have the freee time.

Hands down the BEST gym in Tallahassee!! The minute you walk in, you can’t deny the energy, positivity, and DRIVE in these trainers!! They are there for a reason and that reason is to be there for YOU and to help you reach the goals you have in mind! Talk about a workout. I made the mistake of doing a 3 mile hike and 100 lunges two days before because I came in on leg day. Totally my error but wow did I sweat. This was by far the most legit over all leg work out ever I know because my legs are equally soar all over. But a good sore like I'm gonna get excellent results sore. I highly recommend doing there 6am training class. You will feel amazing and your muscles will get a healthy jolt they need. I had so much energy the entire day. Looks like I'm gonna go back for upper body Thursday. I am not sure how well I can keep up but am eager
