My name is Kevin Kirkby and I am the owner of DCS Home Inspections LLC. I am a State of Ohio Licensed Home Inspector and State of Ohio Licensed Radon Tester as well as a Certified Home Inspector. More than 30 years ago I started work for a company doing insurance repair and restoration of residential properties.
At DCS Home Inspections LLC, my objective is to provide you with a fair, honest, thorough, impartial assessment of the property being inspected. I will give my best effort to access areas most people never see such as crawl spaces and attics. I will walk upon most roofs if I can safely do so. Ultimately I work for you, my goal is to provide an accurate and clear understanding of the property conditions at the time of inspection.
For the majority of homes I offer simple square foot pricing. A general Home Inspection starts at $300.00 for a property that is up to 1500 square foot.
