Chris Ebbeson started Dream House Inspections in 2007, after being trained and certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. He became an ASHI Certified Inspector, the highest level of certification offered by the American Society of Home Inspectors. He's also licensed by the State of Ohio as a Home Inspector and Lead Risk Assessor.

While anyone can get lead poisoning, children under the age of six and pregnant women are most susceptible to the health risks from lead-based paint. I have hired Chris of Dream Home Inspections multiple times over the past years. His comprehensive and timely reports provide a strong basis for final negotiations of price, consistently enabling reductions which more than offset the cost of the inspection. In addition, the thoroughness of his work provides peace of mind regarding the the quality of the home being purchased. In one case, Chris identified a deal breaking structural issue which saved me untold expense and hassle. I can not imagine purchasing property without his inspections and I highly recommend to others.
