A home inspection is an objective visual analysis of a home's structure and mechanical systems. An inspection will determine the areas of the home that are not performing properly, as well as items that are beyond their usefull life or are unsafe. Inspections include areas of the home's interior and exterior, from the roof to the foundation and the exterior drainage and retaining walls.
If problems and symptoms are found, the inspector may recommend further evaluation. We also will give you solutions to the deficiencies so you may make a better judgement without calling for estimates for each deficiency. A home inspection is a visual inspection to determine problems and conditions that exist at the time of the inspection.

Home inspections can help you buy or sell your home with confidence. As trained professionals we have has seen it all, and we'll provide invaluable help in turning you into a knowledgeable consumer. Home owners can identify problems in the making and take preventive measures to avoid costly repairs.
We know all home inspection companies obtain the majority of their referrals from realtors. You can count on us to provide exceptional service. We make scheduling easy.
It's common because it's an easy mistake to make when hooking up wires and because receptacles work fine even when the polarity is reversed. You generally don't know the condition exists unless you look for it. If you think you're home's wiring is a bit haphazard or may contain some conditions of reverse polarity, it's a good idea to check for it.
Seller inspections (sometimes referred to as pre-listing inspections) are becoming more popular because they virtually eliminate all the pitfalls and hassles associated with waiting to do the inspections until a buyer is found. In many ways, waiting to schedule an inspection until after a home goes under agreement, is too late.

From the time I met Mark he was personable and knowledgeable. Mark took his time and did a thorough inspection all while explaining the process. Mark displayed great attention to detail with a skilled knowledge level that comes from experience. Mark had the report emailed to both myself as well as our realtor that night. I would highly recommend Crown Home Inspections.

Best $ I ever spent ! I am a first-time home buyer and do not have extensive knowledge about homes. Mark was very responsive and got my home inspection scheduled fast. He arrived at the home to start his work and when I arrived, had taken some inventory of issues. He walked me through the house and showed me the areas I would need to address and that would be going on his report. He continued and encouraged me to take notes myself. Most importantly, he patiently explained everything I had a question on (which was a lot) and gave me sufficient detail to understand my options for repair/maintenance

Mark was extremely detailed, professional and very knowledgeable in regards to our home inspection. As a first time buyer he pointed out concerns that I would have otherwise missed and saved me from a potential money pit. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to buy a house to use Mark. Thank you again Mark! Plan to use you in the future.

I never thought to get a home inspection for a new construction. I'm so glad I did! Mark was flexible when scheduling our appointment. He arrived early to inspect the exterior before inspecting the interior of my home. He walked me through his findings and the areas that needed to be addressed. Furthermore, Mark's level and years of inspecting experience was illustrated when I received his extensive report with colored photos. It gave me the leverage I needed to address the issues found with the builder since I had a builder warranty. I can't tell you what a money saver that was, as the builder

Mark is your guy for home inspections.. we have dealt with inspectors in the past who were not thorough enough when purchasing a home. Mark was quite the opposite.. was super flexible and knowledgeable. The guy is an animal - he will find any and everything there is to know about a home you’re looking to buy. Reasonable on price. Knows a lot about electricity, roofing, carpentry, etc. Glad we were referred to him... will definitely recommend him to all friends and family.

Mark was very friendly, offered good home advice while inspecting the home, and sent a report in a timely fashion. But I would advise anyone using his services to be sure to follow him around the house and ask questions as you go. Mark arrived earlier than our agreed upon time, entered the house without me present, and began the inspection in swift fashion. I tried to keep up but later learned that certain things were glossed over; for instance, upon reading the report I learned some things weren't fully inspected, like under the kitchen sink, because the home seller's things in the cabinet obscured
