Mark is a very knowledgeable inspector. By throwing a bunch of random questions at him about electrical wiring, plumbing, paint, building material, I could tell right away he knows what. He didn't have to think before answering my questions because they are all second nature to him, the guy must definitely be in this trade for a long time. Mark was very friendly. He always kept my interest first and gave me valuable recommendation. Overall, he is one of the best inspectors I have had the pleasure to run into.

What a great experience! Mark is so thorough and accurate, answering my call and delivering exceptional service as promised! He arrived early at our new purchase to inspect the outside in the freezing temperatures, then stayed until the entire house was documented and detailed with over 500 photographs with captions! We had the entire report completed and sent to us THE SAME DAY. His recommendations while we were walking through together allowed me to jump on making the necessary phone calls I needed to schedule additional quotes and inspections, so if timely and thorough is what you're after-

Mark was absolutely amazing! I asked him to do a re inspection for a home that I’m in the process of buying due to the previous inspector not wanting to reinspect for “liability” reasons. Mark was polite, professional, informative, just great all around. He told exactly what had been done, what had been half done, and what hadn’t been done at all. Absolute great experience, I’ll be recommending him to anyone that needs an inspection in the future!
