All I needed was a flat tire repaired. This became a huge production. Rim needed sanding etc., I said ok do it. $46 later, the guy comes back stating my tire came in low on air. I said NO, the other tire shop had just put air in it. He said it came in like that... I'm like no it didn't.. if it did you would said something. So I get OVERCHARGED plus a damaged tire...GREAT! 3 hours later... it still doesn't hold air!!! What a ripoff!

Went here early in the morning for a check engine light. The mechanic was personable and knowledgeable. I even had an additional service done. The prices are reasonable and he communicated every step of the way about pricing and the service that was done. I’m bringing another car in for service now!

Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a car repair. Doug updated me regularly with what was going on and even helped with some warranty issues. After a few updates, lots of light hearted conversations, and a new water pump, and I was a very happy customer. Will definitely be going back when I need a repair.

4 times I had to take my jeep in to get cluch fixed. I had to miss work, spend a few hours on side of highway waiting for tow truck... They charged me to put in OEM parts but they put in aftermarket. I paid OEM initially...
If you want to lose more money, more time on side of road waiting for a tow truck.. Go with MTI. Very bad service!!! Alot of 1 stars... That should tell you about them!!!

I was extremely please with the service. They got me in right away without an appointment for an inspection. They diagnosed the problem and told me how to resolve. Gave alternate ideas for financing assistance and ideas how to approach without financing through piece repairs in priority. Great experience to bad i don't live closer. No charge for estimate even though normal $30. Thanks Matt

Lifted my '15 Patriot, needed a 4 wheel alignment with a lot to adjust and tweak (adj camber bolts, adj rear arms). Tom was awesome, straight forward with the work and pricing, no b.s.. Johnny took his time on my Patriot and really nailed it where another shop had completely butchered the alignment to the point where I was not charged. Big thank you to Tom and Johnny for taking such good care of my Jeep. Will do business with MTI in the future and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Great business.

I don't think MTI is open any longer at their Calumet Road location, but my family and I had an excellent experience there. Very reasonable pricing, and straightforward explanations of any work that needed to be done. There were no games, we were never given any unnecessary recommendations. I have been to the MTI South Haven location once and was pleased, so the same standards of service seem to be in place. Note that this South Haven location actually faces US 6 even though it has an address on CR330W. It is easy to find.
