Called about my 98 GMC truck in because it needed cab bushings replaced. It was running fine when I drove it in.I told them what I needed on the phone before I brought it in. Steve called me and told me I needed the bushings, as I told him when I brought it in, and there was a leak in the brake line. There was also an issue with one of the back springs. I told him I didn't want all that work done and I would just pick up the truck. When I got here I got a $90 bill for diagnostics!? If I could give zero stars I would. They fixed our car & after leaving my fiancé was driving to work and almost died. Long story short they did not perform the necessary measures to ensure the car was operating properly. The car had to be towed and re-repaired. Robyn was VERY helpful and accommodating and advised us that they had a warranty and if they were advised it was an issue with an area they fixed their insurance would cover the tow and the repair. After speaking with Ford and the new repair company they stated that Trace would be liable. The owner of Trace then called us and said that
