I was at work when a co-worker noticed I had a flat tire in the parking lot. Panic started to kick in then I noticed the Car Plus across the street. I called and asked if I brought the car in did they have availability to see it today. They said yes. I drove very slowly across the street to the facility. I was able to get a new tire, at a reasonable price, and they put it on in 30 minutes. They were a life saver!

Outstanding and knowledgeable staff. Up front estimates with great communication. I own 5 vehicles and every one of them has been to Cars Plus over the years. From a 1979 Jeep Cj7 to a 2016 Ford Explorer. Tim, Rob and Dave(the owner) are great people to deal with and are truly a neighborhood mechanic you can trust with your car care needs. Not only for current repairs but for preventative information while your car is in for repair. Highly recommend Cars Plus

My wife got a flat on her way home to WI at 8pm on a Sunday. Unknown to us the Chrysler Town and Country we purchased new did not have a spare. Had van towed to CarsPlus, called right away in the morning (the gentleman even answered the phone before they were officially open) and they had the tired changed within an hour of opening. Every person I talked to on the phone was nice and understanding. Definitely would recommend.

I brought my car here thinking that they would be a safe option to work with, I called in and spoke with the front desk when Tim told me it would be a 150 dollar diagnostic fee.
Later that day Tim called me back giving me the price of the repair claiming it was bad fuel injectors and spark plugs. The price I thought was a little high and he sent over the quote via email. They charged over 100 percent mark up on all the parts and the repairs totaled a little over 1400 dollars.

The owner / manager that was at the counter was very helpful and friendly. His staff was able to make the repair on my tire in about 10 minutes flat... No pun intended hahaha, made myself laugh... all kidding aside very quick service reasonable of price 30.00 usd got me back on the road after a long day at work right away..

As a woman, you have to be careful where you bring your vehicle if you're not knowledgeable about cars. I feel comfortable bringing my car here. This place is great! I've been a regular customer for a couple of months. Getting tire rotations and other things. So this morning before I got my day started, I decided to stop by because my tire maintenance light came on and I was in need of a oil change. My car broke down over night. I left a voice message about my car need to be fixed. They got back with me within minuets of opening of their business hours. Very professional and worked my car in within a timely manner. The price was great for me. If I lived here I would use them a lot. Thanks for getting me back on the road as fast as you all could.

Truly, one star is being generous. We stopped here today to get a tire repaired. It was already off of the car and just needed to be removed from one rim and placed on another. The original issue was the valve had popped out, so putting the tire on another rim with a good valve should have solved the issue.
So, we walk into Cars Plus and they quickly took the tire and wheel. They came back out 2 minutes later and said the tire was shot. In fact, they said it probably occurred due to running it a few feet with no air in the tire. OK. That makes sense.

I've been going to cars plus for at least 10 years. They have worked on all of my cars - (domestic and foreign) and have been nothing but professional, fair and reliable. Heck, the only reason I'm responding to this is because I looked up their phone number to schedule a drop-off, saw this review and felt so strongly that it was off, I had to weigh in.

I don't usually write reviews in fact I believe this is my first ever, but after leaving Cars Plus...I am completely satisfied & have faith again that honest people still do exist!! After being quoted an extremely high price from another shop I will not mention, and feeling like I was getting taken advantage of for being a female, I decided to shop around & boy am I glad!! The boys at the shop fixed what was only needed & my car sounds & runs like new again & I still had over $500 left in my checkbook to buy my family Christmas presents!! THANKS CARS PLUS!!!

We have had 3 of our cars serviced at Cars Plus for YEARS. My husband and I have never been robbed, cheated, etc. The only thing we've been given is excellent and courteous service. A couple of times we have been given an estimate and have gone other places for comparison. We always came back to Cars Plus. Give Robert and his staff a chance, you won't be disappointed.

My son was on a road trip to Michigan from Illinois in our Tahoe. The truck broke down near Highland, In. AAA towed the truck and the boys to Cars Plus. My initial response upon hearing this was, oh boy they are gong to take advantage of these young adults and it's gong to cost us a fortune! Within 45 minutes they were back on the road and were only charged $55.00. The charge was for a spark plug that popped out of place.

I called the number 219-924-2258 I told him I need struts for my
98 eclipse installed. He put me on hold a few min later he says oh
your looking at about $1,000. I know that is a complete rip off!
If i find a place blatenly trying to rip people off dam right iam reviweing them. Check it If i got the most expensive shocks for my car
at $118.00 a pop times 4 =472 plus alignment $60.00 +60 labor (Iam even being very giving with labor cost)
and that cost would be $592.00 and this guy was looking for a $408.00 charity donation...stay away from this robber!
