Update: Never received a copy of the inspection report. It's been over 5 months and he has ignored all request and has made no effort to provide me with a copy of the report.
Bought an investment property and needed the help of a professional home inspector to inspect my property. I hired Agel's serv and he conducted a superb job. He allowed me to shadow him as he inspected the property and I learned a lot about the process and about my home as well. Very knowledgeable and will definitely hire him for my future properties.

I hired Don to conduct an inspection and paid $275 for an inspection which was conducted March 18, 2020 and as of today, which is April 16, 2020, I have not received the inspection report at all. I've reached out to him on multiple occasions and he refuses to respond. I figured I was hiring a professional but instead I hired a thief. Not to mention, I discovered afterwards that there was no running water nor electricity active in the property I had him inspecting which means that without those 2 utilities being active, you can not obtain a valid inspection. Such a con artist!!!

After having mold remediation completed we now have mold again 8 months later. I have yet to be given any sort of plan and will be hiring another company that reported that the remediation was only partially completed. DO NOT RECOMMEND
After he told me what was happening I asked him “what does this mean for repairs?” To which I got NO RESPONSE. Furthermore all those things that were wrong were what he was hired to fix.

After being hired to complete mold remediation 8 months ago now we have mold again and are paying to have remediation done again. I would not recommend this company for lack of follow up, follow through, and lack of complete work. My follow up remediation company says that new insulation is in the crawl space but was not hung. Documentation from this company is seriously lacking and I cannot tell the new company the work that was actually completed. Do not use this company for mold remediation.

Don made an appointment for same day, arrived promptly and began inspecting my roof. Don emailed me my roof report in three short days. Don has gone above and beyond as he has also informed us about scams to look for(sealed/encapsulation crawl spaces) and what was required to convert a carport to a full garage. Very helpful and responsive.

I paid and I never even got a lab report. He kept promising and promising. He was super through about his inspection and made me a cute little report but never gave me the results I needed to show my landlord. It’s upsetting to think someone who is as friendly and nice could leave you high and dry without it.

This gentlemen appears to do a solid inspection, but does not follow through. He insisted there was a mold problem under a house we were purchasing. We asked him to send a sample of the mold to get it analyzed and he charged us an extra $100. He never delivered the results even after repeated requests. He also has not refunded the $100 after multiple emails requesting him to do that since he failed to provide the service paid for.

We have contracted Don multiple times. We are renters and have children and we naturally worry about safety and health around the home.
My wife and I have tremendous respect and appreciation for Don Agel being a master at his work. He is thorough and has a keen eye for detail and knows how to get into the nasty places!
We have a strictly working relationship with him, but he treats us like friends and is happy to have us along during those inspections.
He is known around town and always provides an objective assessment of what he sees regardless of whose hired him. I wouldn't go to anybody else

It's been a horrible experience. He did inspection on the house Monday.. I never get my report.. My agent and I text him and called many times no response, and didn't know what is going on.. And he cashes check my payment. I was delaying my schedule because him.. we cant wait longer.. we rehire someone to inspect the house again, and his business address was PO Box.. Any way to contact him.
