I would highly recommend Silk for your Home Inspection needs. They are reputable, reliable, responsive and professional. The report they provided was extremely thorough and they also provided an estimate report that outlined estimations to get things they found fixed, which was useful.
Even after our inspection the team was responsive. We had a few follow-up questions and they followed-up right away. We also opted for Silk to manage our termite inspection. That was also an easy process and we're so glad we had the additional service.

Silk inspection is amazing. I received reminder texts messages days before my apt which I loved because I forget everything. Lol I received several messages after the inspections making sure I was a happy customer and letting me know if I had any questions or needed anything they were there for me. I live in another state then the property I bought so there communication with me was awesome and made me feel at ease not being there. There reports are very detailed nothing left unturned in there inspection. Will definitely use again.

We are extremely happy with our experience with Silk Inspections. Scheduling our inspection was easy and I did it online. I appreciate the simplicity of being able to book an appointment online as well as the transparency of the pricing and service options. Having Saturday as an option was an absolute plus.
Once I booked the appointment, we were promptly assigned an inspector. Our inspector Drew was great. He was responsive right up to the day of the inspection. We opted to do a walk through and we're so glad we did. Drew was extremely thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Drew was also professional

These guys are very responsive and have a high level of communication. Drew Naphy kept us up to date through the whole process even came out on Christmas Eve to do our inspection. I will continue to use there service on any future homes i plan to purchase

The inspector for my property maintained an open line of communication constantly. I was in the loop at every step. The inspection and report provided was very thorough. The guy that did our inspection was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. It seemed like he truly cared about helping us. We appreciate his insight greatly, couldn’t be more happy with his work. He gave us an extremely detailed inspection report an gave us ideas and recommendations on how to approach the issues in the house. Very highly recommended.
