I had 2 home inspections done on 2 different properties by Superior Home Inspection. This first one I had done was completed by inspector David Gist and I was extremely satisfied with the inspection that he done. He was very thorough and spent well over 4 hours on the inspection. The results of his inspection is why I did not purchase the home. Awesome Home inspector and was really thorough with any questions I had and came out for a reinspection after the contractor came in to fix items he had found. When he did the reinspection, he found what my primary concerns had been had not been worked on at all. My husband and I are in the process of buying our first home, and Daryl was fantastic.
