Patriot does a thorough inspection of a house and provides a report the same day. There’s no procrastinating with this business. Patriot inspected a house for the buyer of a house I was selling back in 2015. They found necessary things that needed correcting before the house was sold. I decided then if I were to buy another house I would reach out to Patriot to inspect. Byron alerted me to the issues of the home that needed attention and even responded quickly to me about a company letter concerning a warranty with the roof. Thank you Patriot for a fine job!!

First time buying a home and we went with patriot home to do our inspection. Our service man, went over the entire house, took his time and then took his time explaining everything that was wrong or could go wrong. Definitely gonna choose them again if we ever buy another home.

Scheduled the appointment through their website. Called 2 hours before the appointment because we never got confirmation of the appointment. Told that the appointment had been canceled. We were never notified. Also told there was no way to do it today. After making Arrangements with the homeowners, Arrangements with work this is very upsetting. The excuse i recieved is the appointment was never confirmed.

Integrity is what you get with this company. The high caliber of knowledge and willingness to explain is highly valuable as a buyer. I have heard it said through the years that if a realtor or their family member is looking to buy this is who they call. They cost is fair, but cheap compared to the valuable knowledge about my potential purchase.

Byron was extremely professional and thorough throughout the entire home inspection. He spent the time to inspect every section and aspect of the home - inside and out. He also explained every deficiency to me as we went through the home and advised if the deficiency was minor or something that was more urgent. They verified appointment times, access availability to the house, and promptly returned a thorough report, all in the times promised. When they needed to, they got on the phone to ask questions to assure access to the property.
All of this was important, since I (the owner) am 3000+ miles away and needed a professional assessment of my house which I was about to put up for sale. I wanted no surprises when it came bargaining with a buyer.

Byron did a phenomenal job! He was on time, professional, thorough, and very patient. I state patient because I was with him throughout the entire inspection and asked numerous questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and had an eye for details that I initially overlooked when inspecting the house before making an offer.
