As a first-time homebuyer I knew next to nothing about what to do or expect, and luckily I didn't need to learn anything because Matt and Guy took care of pretty much everything for me. They found me the exact type of house I was looking for, in the time frame I needed, and for much less than the price range I was originally looking for.
