If you work with me as your coach, I will help you find manageable ways to incorporate exercise and healthy eating into your busy schedule. My professional knowledge and 15 years of experience allows me to customize a program to meet your individual needs. By building on my experience working with hundreds of clients over the years, I incorporate coaching techniques and workout programs that deliver results for my clients.
With our online personal training service, you receive a personalized strength training, cardiovascular and flexibility program. This progressive and dynamic monthly program will help keep you motivated by showing marked improvements in movement, strength, conditioning, and body composition.

Workout plans are designed to address any weaknesses and correct poor movement patterns to optimize functional movement over time with the client's overall goals and desires in mind.These dynamic workouts help prevent plateaus and introduce appropriate progression in intensity and skill for optimum strength gains and improved performance.
Thanks to Andrea's program and supervision I already lost 4 inches from my waist line, and went from size 8 to size 2 in around 5 months. I lost 15 pounds so far and built a lot of muscle. In our first session Andrea asked me about my goals, diet, medications, health issues and injuries. She performed a comprehensive fitness assessment.
I believe the success of a coaching program relies heavily on the relationship between the coach and the athlete. As such, this complimentary 30 minute consultation gives us the opportunity to get to learn more about each other. This meeting not only allows me to gather pertinent information about you but also allows you to learn more about my training philosophy and programs.
Well, It's been a challenging year trying to stay on top of coaching clients, managing my new rental property, adopting a puppy and being without childcare for my 4-year-old son. I'll admit I haven't been the best at keeping up with my newsletter. With my son back at preschool a few times a week, my puppy turning 1 years old, and my rental property up and running I am now in a place where I can sit down and start writing again.

Andrew Lane is a fantastic personal trainer who is passionate about her profession and focused on the needs of her clients. She has an exceptional ability to design custom routines that correct imbalances in your athletic abilities and help you achieve peak overall performance. I contacted Andrea in June of 2020 to get in shape for my wedding. The company that makes my wedding dress makes the dress to my measurements. I wanted help losing quarantine weight and also maintaining that size once my final measurements were submitted. Andrea is amazing! I had a lot of old injuries including multiple knee surgeries, nerve damage, carpel tunnel and two ruptured discs in my back. I was very deconditioned, overweight and nervous about exercising let alone weight training. She took each one of my issues and adapted exercises and stretches to strengthen my base muscles. I am happy to write this review for my personal trainer, Andrea Lane, in Carlsbad. My daughter and I have been working with Andrea for several months now and are very happy with our results! Andrea Lane has quite simply been an amazing personal trainer for me! She took the appropriate time to understand who I am as a person, my eating and exercise habits as well as my age and physical ability to craft a nutrition and exercise program specific to me. I was referred to Andrea Lane by a younger and very fit woman who has been working with Andrea as her fitness trainer for several years. She described the grueling workouts that Andrea developed for her, so it was with trepidation that I first met with Andrea to describe my fitness goals and to begin the baseline assessment. I am certainly not capable of doing what I used to do 20-30 years ago.

I have been working with Andrea for over half a year now, and I am truly enjoying her fitness training services. I came to her a pretty seasoned long-distance endurance athlete, but wanted to work on my strength, speed, and flexibility. She has definitely delivered.
