DO NOT USE. He did my inspection and gave me the highest rating. I've been dealing with issues, and specialist companies were shocked the inspector missed such apparent things. Joseph claims to be insured but refused to file a claim. He came by and checked out my house again after I started having issues, and he admitted to missing things. He said all he would do was refund the money for the inspection. When I tried to follow up with him on that, he started blocking my calls and not responding to my emails. I saw him at a restaurant, and he waved at me. I didn't go up to him because he was not

I used Joseph with Alliance Home Inspections back in April 2020 for my new home purchase.
This was our first home, and we were so excited ! Sadly I made the mistake and took the recommendation from my real estate agent on a home inspector. Joseph came out and seemed respectful, at least. He gave the home a decent bill of health and didn’t indicate any major concerns.
Once we were in the home, the MAJOR concern was found. A ledger on the back wall had major separation from the joist, which was very clear and easy to see. Foundation concerns are scary and costly.
