Lucas and his team are professionals who gets the job done. I was referred to him by a friend who described him as a “thorough, no nonsense type of guy.” Me and my husband are military vets and my friend was speaking our kind of language. Lucas is patient, responsive, and willing to educate when one doesn’t understand. I recommend him any day..

I have been in real estate for 10 years and seen many reports/used many inspectors over the years. There are few that meet my standards. I was so thankful to be referred to him by another agent a few years back. Lucas finds things other inspectors do not. In the real estate business as an agent, we want an inspector who will tell the truth plain and simple. We do not want an inspector to make a big deal of something little and we do not want him to sugar coat when things are not right or really wrong. Lucas simply does the right thing. I researched, listened to my realtor and ended up using Allview. They did such a good job on my first home that we decided not to purchase it due to the issues the guys found. (Saving me 15k)....He found things that I think others would have missed like different color paint and textures in the ceiling from previous leaks. I didn't even see those with my flashlight. They also did a superior job on the second house we wanted. I was there for the 2nd home inspection and these guys look at everything. Best part of the home buying experience! I got an appointment the same day. Speaking with Lita was warm and professional. She answered every question and then some. Mike and C.C. met were at the property 20 minutes early. They see everything. Everything! I would love to have them along with me for every purchase. Photos and explanations of issues big (roof) and small (caulking) right down to the screws...literally. And they're charming, funny and diligent.
