I grew up in construction working for my step dad in concrete construction from the time I was 13-years-old until I attended Georgia Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction in 1986. After graduating, I built houses and ran a small commercial construction business for 5 years.

These guys are too notch. Super thorough, takes time to explain any issues and how he would go about fixing it if it's DIY worthy. Competitive pricing. We had Rob perform an inspection on a house we were looking to purchase and had the almost 100 page inspection report along with pictures available to us the next day for our review. His service was well worth the price paid and his level of detail in his testing and reporting was above and beyond what we were expecting to receive.

Rob and his crew were excellent. There were 3 men in total, and each performed a different inspection task. They were all thorough, friendly, and informative. A lot of uncertainty and anxiety comes with buying your first home, but the inspection brought so much peace of mind to my husband and I. We were so impressed by their customer support (even after the inspection was done!) in that they noticed every little thing, and went above and beyond to answer every question we had. Rob and team did both our pre dry-wall and final inspection for our new construction home. I don't write many reviews, but I must rave about the outstanding level of quality and service Rob gave. We were impressed by how quick and responsive he was by phone, email and text. He gave an extremely thorough report, complete with photos and detailed comments for the builder. He caught so many errors that we missed during our own inspection. Rob home inspectors is...simply amazing! The attention to detail is something that is lost on with so many inspectors these days and unfortunately will cost you exponentially more if they miss things that… could later lead up to much larger problems.
Take for example Rob discovered that one of the drains near the driveway was actually seeping underneath the concrete just in front of the garage. There is a void there 10 ft long and who knows how narrow or wide that is. Not sure about you but you definately want to get that resolved less you take a chance of your vehicle cracking the driveway
