Kawakami Property Management, Inc. was opened in 2015 by Sheila Kawakami, who was the only property manager, with Elmer Cadiz, who had over 20 years of property management bookkeeping experience. Since that time, we have grown to have 4 licensed property managers who collectively, have nearly 100 years of experience, our bookkeeper, Daniel Murren, and our experienced administrative assistant who keeps the office running smoothly.
