We showed up 30 minutes before checkin time and was told it would be ready at that time. ok, no problem. we come back at checkin time and are told the room isn't ready it would be 15 minutes. well 45 minutes later we are told it's finally ready. no apology. no explanation about what was going on. nothing. we show up to our room and they are still… inside fixing something so we were forced to stand outside of the room and wait. so we finally made it inside our room 50 minutes after checkin. the customer service here is absolutely terrible and we will not be back.

Booked through air b n b. Roaches on the counter as soon as I walked in. more roaches on the desk by the coffeemaker. Man at the desk said bc it was rented third party he couldn't help me. I talked to Valentina… from ai b n b to get a refund(I was only in the room long enough to get pictures of roaches and moldy bathroom) and she said she wanted to see the pictures...I showed her and then she asked how she could be sure it was at the location in question. ...now I'm disputing with my credit card company. Tas of 5-23-21 you cant find much worse than the enclaveon carrier drive in orlando. a very risky place to stay and each condo at this hotel is privately owned, which means each private owner can decide how often a room may or may not be cleaned. condos continue to go down in price and it is unfortunate that prices will go down on a 2 bedroom to as low as $65,ooo and the reason is because elevators keep breaking down and the building keys rarely work. the air in the hallways and in your rooms all are circulated from a rooftop unit controlled by management and with a pandemic this air is unsafe

Well be well prepared with your reservation code & point of contact as front desk has no clue about that & they won't help. You buzz in & they talk to you over intercom. Late night delivery is impossible so be ready to go grocery shopping or get food on your way back. The rooms are fit for vacation-- small but they work. It's like getting an apartment with just furniture & basic utensils. So buy your way, condiments, drinks , food etc. You've got to get your laundry card because towels are limited unless you request more before arrival

I would like to start off by saying that the employees are friendly and the people who own the units seem to be as well, however, the buildings are disgusting.
The buildings smell terrible, old and unkept, along with the amenities. The elevator in the building I stayed in took forever to arrive, only to be too small for my family and I to get on with other people. The other elevator was broken the entire time. Our room (1506) was out of AC for the entirety of our stay. It was very hot and humid throughout the space. Our hosts (Helen and Sam) failed to warn us of this in advance, even though they knew about the issue over a month before we arrived, and continued to LIE to our faces and say it just happened two days before we arrived. The hosts were… incredibly rude and not helpful at all. The beds were insanely uncomfortable. The tub was VERY slow drain, so you were in standing water the entire time you showered. Stayed here at an Airbnb and had a fantastic time. Management and all staff people were nice and we had no vermin problem. The grounds were kept nicely and the parking lot was free of potholes. I did not use the pool but it looks nice! The recycle and trash rooms were kept nicely as well.
The hallway smelled a little weird, as did the elevator but the smell did not seep into the room.

I had reviewed their website and the pictures almost seemed to good to be true for the $75 a night room rate. I figured with them being such a massive entity they were just able to offer a lower rate.
I was greeted by a very nice man named chip who was pleasant enough and he quickly went ahead and charged me for my entire stay (which I have never encountered) and gave me my room keys.

Snagged & pilled furniture. Stained carpet. Aged and marked up appliances. Peeling wall paper in the bathroom patched with tape on one strip. Mold along shower ceiling. You have to remember to put your sign out for the room to be serviced. It's not automatic. When your room is serviced it is minimal. Bathrooms are small.
The food choices are good there as well as the hotel pub. We would eat there again but we would never stay in one of their rooms.

Stayed here for the weekend with my Family and will probably never come here again. Leading into the room there's at least 10 feet of a hallway to get into the main living space. The rooms are too small with not that much space for a 2 bedroom suite. The Continental Breakfast is a joke. I'm not expecting eggs or meats but there's such a limited option that's you don't get much a food options. Even with dietary restrictions you'd have a better chance eating at the restaurants across the street. The breakfast only included some pastries, bread, canned fruit, 1 type of

The beginning was rocky. The first night we were sent to the wrong room, easy mistake as he misread a 5 for a 2. The next couple of days were less than pleasant as there was construction being performed on the floor above us which startled us out of our sleep and went on through the afternoon. When I asked the front desk they informed me that it was only that day until 5. Well the next day it happened again and that's when I asked for a manager and thankfully a women named Vera who was incredibly nice changed our room and made things right. Unfortunately I was on vacation at the Enclave Suites and stayed here for Seven Days, they have a breakfast available complimentary, however after eating there for the first morning I was terribly sick with food poisoning for 48 hours.
To make the stay even worse while I was sick, my wallet was lost/stolen, turned into the front desk, and conveniently misplaced when we went to retrieve my wallet.
Management was terrible to work with due to their lack of cooperation, telling me I must have misplaced the wallet. Three different managers Vera, Derek, and Pedro refused to review the camera footage

On my first night I noticed there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom, but didn't think much of it so I didn't report it. 2 days into our stay I received a phone call stating that the bathroom had caught fire and it was caused by a curling iron (we hadn't brought a curling iron with us). Once we returned to the hotel the assistant manager was very rude and short with us and tried to pin the incident on me.
I had used a flat iron that morning prior to the fire at 6am and didn't leave the hotel until 9pm. The flat iron had 3 hours to cool off and there had been no fire

Honestly, I have no idea why the Enclave Suites has so many bad reviews. I was doubting booking here after reading reviews for my 2 night stay. The reviews on Yelp are horrible, the reviews on TripAdvisor are much better Someone must have something personal against this place. After reading hundreds of good and bad reviews I discovered that there are three buildings and some but not all have been remodeled. I called customer service and spoke to Rick. I mentioned my concern and told him I would appreciate if he put me in a remodeled room. He assured me and noted it on my account. I was nervous

It's old and dirty. Rooms look like your walking into the 80's. Like nothing has been updated since hotel opened. Cabinets are all falling off the walls. Unfriendly staff that keep trying to sell you on vacation packages. All around would not stay here again. Especially if you have kids, for the cleanliness.

Stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of June. Had a 2 bed apartment which is great when you have children. Having them in their own bedroom is a massive bonus . We were out there for my husband's 40th birthday which the hotel didn't acknowledge at all . The indoor pool wasn't particularly clean but used the outdoor pool most days which was lovely . Location is great . 3 min walk to an I ride stop

We got a 2-bedroom jr. suite with a kitchen and living area for about $80/night. The room also had a sofa bed so about 6 people could sleep here comfortably. Each room had a tv and bathroom.
The customer service is pretty bad. I called twice and couldn't speak to anyone; third times the charm! There's only one front desk person so speaking to them is such a task.
I hate that standard check-in is 4pm and check-out is 12pm the LATEST. So annoying but rules are rules. They hold your bag before

This was my first time staying in a hotel that had a kitchenette. I saw the reviews but I decided to try it anyways because of their company website and the location.
Here's what we got: the deluxe studio with terrace view
I reserved two days in advance which is a short notice. I got a really good deal of selecting the terrace view rather than a a regular room. I added a note that I wanted the lake view on the highest floor because I was there on an anniversary but wasn't expecting my request to be fulfilled in such a short notice. Also, Every time I book a room anywhere I am disappointed
