Super thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Also very easy to talk to and to get straight answers from regarding potential repairs needed, the feasibility of DIY repair vs professional, and potential long-term issues. I hope to stay in this house forever but in the odd chance I ever move in the future I'd definitely use Old Pueblo again!

I called Joseph on a Thursday (under a time constraint and he actually answered the phone (WOW)) and he pleasantly fit me right in for the following Monday morning. He showed up right on time (shocker, I know!). First, if there were 10 stars we would’ve given that many. As out-of-state buyers of a retirement mobile home in Tucson we wanted a thorough inspection done before going through with the purchase. Being that it was a sight-unseen buy for us we needed a reputable inspector. Joe from Old Pueblo was recommended. Wow. What a fantastic recommendation that turned out to be!

Made an appointment via the online portal on the Old Pueblo Home Inspection Site which was super easy. It has a calendar with all available time slots posted. This was key because I had a limited time to make the appointment and needed to work around multiple schedules. Having the visual of availability was SUPER helpful in planning. You can pre-pay via the site as well. I received a confirmation email within a couple of hours. Joe and I connected early the morning of the inspection to confirm his ETA. Joe was on time and super pleasant with myself and the owners. He walked me around the house

Joe did our home inspection and he was awesome! He was very thorough and provided plenty of pictures on the report to reference the notes he made. He also made himself available to us for any questions that we had. His turn around time was quick and he had the report to us later that day. Highly recommend Joe!
