My husband and I are happy living in Encina Meadows. There are so many things to appreciate about living here. We love the convenient location to the Calle Real Shopping Center and Goleta Library; the well-maintained apartment units and landscape; its quiet neighborhood; the amenities such as the laundry, gym, spa, and swimming pool; and my onebedroom apartment is clean and spacious and has appliances that work!

My husband and I lived in Encina Meadows for one year and we loved every moment of being here. We are moving when our lease expires ONLY to be closer for my job. We moved to the area from Seattle and the whole staff was helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra step during our application process even though we were 2 states away.
While we lived there, everything worked great. If there was a maintenance request, they were there the same day or the next day. We rarely ever hear noise from our neighbors. The pool, clubhouse and gym are clean, easy to access and convenient. The parking is well lit
