In 1976 a local Santa Barbara family purchased the three building complex now known as the Berkshire Terrace Apartments with the goal of creating a quiet little haven in IV. Their plan was to provide good facilities, good service, and good value. Today, this family remains dedicated to their original plan filling this niche in UCSB student housing among Isla Vista rentals and leasing.
We have included floor plans for our Isla Vista rentals to give you a better idea of their size. It is also a good idea to see the apartment you are interested in. You may make an appointment for a viewing with the Property Manager. Most apartments in IV may seem very similar on first glance: kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath.
Berkshire Terrace personnel are responsible for maintenance of your Isla Vista apartment. We are dedicated to providing the best service in Isla Vista for student housing and rentals. Or, you may drop a maintenance request slip into the drop box to the right of the office door.
