The worst place to live! Outside your apartment, in the stairwells, you can look forward to staff not cleaning, sweeping or keeping out dead humming birds for 6 months at a time, food is ever present in the stairwells, and the lawn will sometimes be mowed. It is always beautiful in front of the office, but the grass will be as high as a small dog in other places on the property. The maintenance staff are good at riding around in golf carts all day but actually do very little else. If you complain, don't worry, nothing will be done about it so don't waste your breath. A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The apartments have really spacious floor plans!! The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is just lovely. I love the convenience of easy parking for ourselves and guest. We love the beautiful neighborhood that feels safe and friendly. We love The Timbers and would recommend to friends and family.

I lived here for four years and recently relocated to another state. It is a community that is somewhat tucked away and I enjoyed my time here. My maintenance requests were always answered in a timely manner and Hailey in the leasing office was always there to greet me with a smile and help out in any way possible. Good neighborhood for families, singles and young professionals.
