My family and I had to move from the place we called home for 14 years. I heard about Willow Springs and immediately contacted them. Shawn is AMAZING he walked me through the whole process, excellent communication and positive attitude. He really demonstrates he cares about the applicants/tenants. Our apartment looked brand new, clean and our moving process was excellent. Very organized.
The community is clean and the neighbors are respectful and friendly .I’m very happy to call willow springs our new home! They truly care about their tenants.

I have been living here for 3 years. From the beginning, everything seemed fine, but in the last year, it all went downhill with the management. Rude people, having a complete mess in their paperwork (they let us know 2 months after lease renewal that there is a problem in our contract and therefore we had to pay more for rent then we agreed to + then they sent us a lease agreement of different people in the apartment complex). All the capable people that used to be in the office left and now it is just a total mess of rude and irresponsible people who are not even able to do a simple lease renewal

Our short time at Willow Springs was incredible and heart-warming. We were in a very tough situation where, without prior awareness, we had to vacate our condo in the Bay Area very quickly and needed a short term rental in Santa Barbara & Goleta. We found the most welcoming landing from the team at Willow Springs. Worst management and maintenance ever. I do not know why those stupid arrogant agents still have their jobs. Do not dream about one day items in your apartment that need to be fixed will be fixed by the maintenance services. Even if you ask the office to do it, they still will ignore your request anyway and shift the blame to others. So I just suggest if anything in your apartment needs to be fixed, you better hope they can be fixed by themselves.

I would rate it as a negative star if I can do it. The attitude of agents during phone call makes me sick. They keep changing their ways to complete the same work by days. And they do not return deposit which is used to hold an apartment before moving in, once I do not plan to rent one from them. It feels like that someone threatens you to do certain things which is extremely uncomfortable. At first, I do like the apartment, but the attitude of certain agents ruins my impression. If you wanna rent an apartment from them, be careful of certain agents. Other than that, everything is great. This rate

Been living here for over 10 months and I really love the community and the staff in the Leasing Office. They were always accommodating the couple times that I reached out to them. My only gripe is that I wish that some of the residents in the community would be more courteous to their fellow neighbors.
