Margaret Payne was the agent who helped me buy my house. She was super on top of things and able to get things turned around quick, which was important in the current market. Always available and willing to work around my schedule too. She also caught some errors in forms that the seller had submitted the day before closing and was able to get everything sorted out that same day so we could close on schedule. Overall great experience working with Margaret, I'd absolutely reach out to her again if I ever end up looking to move.

We had a positive experience with our realtor regarding our home purchase but after we moved in, she referred us to a home security company. Ultimately , we had to undo all the equipment this company had installed, this was expensive, time consuming and stressful. Upon checking the security company's website, I learned that they (openly) offer $100 kickbacks to any realtor who refers a new customer to them. Legal, but an ethical violation in my opinion. She should have disclosed this to us.

We love the Janet Jones Company! We wouldn't conduct a real estate transaction without them. If your agent is unavailable, one of their coworkers gladly pitches in to help out, they are truly a team. Their knowledge of Central Arkansas is second to none. The office is friendly and happy, it's a pleasure to visit- even during the often stressful times that occur in such a large financial decision.

I really loved my experience with my realtor Ferris. She is phenomenal. She was recommended by a colleague of mine at my new job. When we got into town, she had a list of house ready that were based on my interest and drove in her car to all of them. When I found the perfect home, she helped managed the rest of the negotiations with the seller's real estate agent. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who comes to stay in Little Rock.

When we were selling our house in Pleasant Valley last year, Susan Reynolds told us exactly what we needed to do to get our house into the best shape possible to sell. Following her suggestions required work on our part but, boy, did it ever pay off. She got our house sold for the price we wanted and the transaction was effortless. So, naturally, we used her to locate and purchase our new home which we just moved into in November. Thanks for not being a "yes man" and telling us the truth, Susan -- we're grateful for your professionalism and guidance!!

Ferris Garrison ruined it- basically she doesn't know how to pull comps, research price/sq ft, or basically do her job. Sadly people trust realtors, but she made what was supposed to be a great experience absolutely terrible. She had already screwed around and made me lose the first house I wanted to bid on because she wouldn't put in an offer for me, and now I found out that I basically lost all the money for renovations on the house I have now because she made me pay too much for the house when it had old/outdated features (which were most parts of the house). It wasn't worth it
